Apricot

It offers UV protection (it is SPF ~6) and provides the skin with essential fatty acids and the nutrients necessary for collagen production. The concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in shea butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin. It is often used to remedy dry skin and to help protect the skin’s natural oils.

Aloe Vera

Is popularly used as a natural remedy to help with the healing of wounds like scrapes, cuts and burns. The soothing and anti-microbial properties help to clean and disinfect wounds, which may help to quicken the overall healing process.  the gel contained within the leaves is often used as the basis for pharmaceutical products designed to help either hydrate or moisturize your skin.

Coconut

Coconut oil, if used on skin prevents dryness and flakiness and keeps it moisturized and supple. It also supports the skin and works to repair the damage it has acquired over time. It eases a common skin condition called neurosis, which is characterized by dry, rough and flaky skin. It also reduces the severity of atopic dermatitis which is prone to infections like Staphylococcus aurous.

Sweet Almond

Almond oil is a mild, hypoallergenic oil that can be safely used even on baby skin. In fact, it is the best massage oil for infants. When gently rubbed into the skin, it gets fully absorbed, making it suitable for after bath application. Almond oil is light in texture, and can easily penetrate deep into the skin, softening and dislodging the dirt and debris accumulated in the skin pores and hair follicles. This prevents blackheads and acne. Thanks to the Vitamin A content in the oil, it may even help reduce acne flare-ups.
